Mark Tippens has been a reenactor since 1976 & is a founding member of Clann Nan Con. He was sworn in as Clan Captain on February 2, 2002.
He is also a member of Co. C, 12th Georgia Volunteer Infantry & is past Executive Officer & Infantry Commander for the Georgia Division Reenactors Association. He was founder of Co. E, 30th Georgia Volunteer Infantry.
